What the price does not include

Bizsoftbiz is single-store today, has no offline mode, does not process card payments, and has no integration with any tax authority — including FBR in Pakistan, ZATCA in Saudi Arabia and eTIMS in Kenya. If any of those is a requirement for you, it is better to know before the trial than after it.

Questions, answered

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No. Bizsoftbiz is not a payment processor and is not in your payment path at all — card and mobile payments go through the machine you already have, at the rates you already have. You pay us a subscription and nothing else.

What is the difference between the plans and the add-ons?

Starter and Pro are the base product: the till, inventory, customers, orders and reporting, with Pro adding the AI layer. Pro Inventory and Pro Finance are separate add-ons that unlock the purchasing and accounting workspaces, and can be bought on top of either plan. The free trial includes everything.

Is there really a free trial?

Fourteen days with every feature unlocked, including both add-ons, and no card required up front. If you do not add a payment method the account simply pauses at the end of the trial.

Can I cancel?

Any time, and there is no contract or setup fee. Your data stays yours — it lives in a standard Postgres database and everything exports to Excel and PDF on the way out.

What currency am I billed in?

The subscription is billed in US dollars through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handle sales tax and VAT registration. Your store itself operates in whichever of the 19 supported currencies you choose, which is a separate setting.
