Bizsoftbiz is single-store today, has no offline mode, does not process card payments, and has no integration with any tax authority — including FBR in Pakistan, ZATCA in Saudi Arabia and eTIMS in Kenya. If any of those is a requirement for you, it is better to know before the trial than after it.
No. Bizsoftbiz is not a payment processor and is not in your payment path at all — card and mobile payments go through the machine you already have, at the rates you already have. You pay us a subscription and nothing else.
Starter is the complete point of sale: the till, live inventory, customers, orders, the sales dashboard, the finance summary and every export. Pro adds the AI layer on top — the chat assistant over your own data, daily insights and restock predictions, checkout recommendations, natural-language reporting and semantic product search. Pro Inventory and Pro Finance unlock the purchasing and accounting workspaces: buy them as add-ons on top of Starter or Pro, or choose Pro Max, which includes both along with higher limits in one subscription. Pro Max is still one store — Bizsoftbiz does not run multiple locations. The free trial includes everything.
Starter allows 2 staff accounts including your own, and up to 250 products. Pro allows 10 staff accounts and 5,000 products, and includes 300 AI assistant and report requests and 3,000 checkout recommendations a month. Pro Max allows 25 staff accounts and 20,000 products, and includes 1,000 AI assistant and report requests and 10,000 checkout recommendations a month. Enterprise has no limits on any of these. There is no limit on how many sales you ring up on any plan, and no per-transaction fee — we are not in your payment path.
Nothing you already have is ever touched. Limits apply only to what you add from here on, so if you move from Pro to Starter with eight staff accounts, all eight keep working — you simply cannot add a ninth until you are back under the cap. We never delete, archive or deactivate anything because of a billing change.
Fourteen days with every feature unlocked, including both add-ons, and no card required up front. If you do not add a payment method the account goes read-only rather than being deleted: you can still sign in, read everything and export it all to Excel and PDF, but sales and edits pause until you subscribe.
Any time, and there is no contract or setup fee. Your data stays yours — it lives in a standard Postgres database and everything exports to Excel and PDF on the way out.
The subscription is billed in US dollars through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handle sales tax and VAT registration. Your store itself operates in whichever of the 19 supported currencies you choose, which is a separate setting.
