Suite versus single system
If you already run Zoho for CRM, email and everything else, adding Books is the obvious move and the integration is real. If you do not, you are adopting a suite to get one application, and the pieces you need for retail — accounting, inventory, a till — are separate products with separate subscriptions between which data still has to move.
What Bizsoftbiz is instead
One product where the till, the stock ledger and the general ledger are not integrated because they were never separate. A sale posts its own journal entry; a delivery recomputes cost and posts inventory; a count variance posts write-off. There is no product boundary for data to cross.
Where Zoho stays ahead
Breadth, maturity, and multi-entity and multi-currency accounting well beyond what Bizsoftbiz does — Bizsoftbiz relabels figures into your store currency but holds no exchange rates and does no conversion. If you need genuine multi-currency accounting, this is not it.
