Terms of Service
The terms on which we provide Bizsoftbiz. Last updated 3 September 2026.
The service
Bizsoftbiz is software provided over the internet for running a point of sale, tracking inventory and keeping accounting records. It is provided as a subscription and is accessed through a web browser. We may change or improve the service over time; where a change removes a capability you rely on, we will give account owners notice.
Trial and subscription
New accounts get a fourteen-day trial with every feature unlocked and no card required. If no payment method is added, the account pauses at the end of the trial rather than being deleted. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. There is no minimum term and no setup fee, and you may cancel at any time; cancelling stops future billing and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Your data is yours
You retain all rights to the data you put into Bizsoftbiz. We process it to provide the service and for nothing else. Everything exports to Excel and PDF from inside the product at any time. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
What we are not
Two things it is important to be clear about. First, Bizsoftbiz is not a payment processor — card and mobile payments are taken on your own equipment under your own merchant agreement, and Bizsoftbiz only records that they happened. Second, Bizsoftbiz is accounting software, not an accountant: it computes what you tell it to compute from what you enter, and it does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. Responsibility for the accuracy of your records and for meeting your filing and compliance obligations remains yours.
- No card processing and no cardholder data
- No integration with any tax authority, in any jurisdiction
- No accounting, tax or legal advice
Acceptable use
Do not use Bizsoftbiz to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to access another customer’s data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access without an agreement with us. You are responsible for what the people you give access to do with it, which is why the product provides granular roles and an approval queue.
Availability
We aim for the service to be available continuously, but it is delivered over the internet and depends on providers we do not control. Planned maintenance will be notified where practical. Bizsoftbiz has no offline mode: if your connection is down, the till cannot ring up a sale, and you should have a fallback for that.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of acceptable use, with notice where circumstances allow. You may close your account at any time. On closure you keep the ability to export your data for a period before it is deleted; export before you close, and be aware that you may be legally required to retain accounting records.
Liability
The service is provided without warranty beyond what applicable law requires and cannot be excluded. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. This section is subject to review and will be finalised before general availability.
