Taka, in words, in lakh

Amounts on cheques and payment vouchers spell out in lakh and crore with poisha as the minor unit, which is how the figure is read here. Every screen figure is pinned to two decimal places so nothing is silently rounded to the whole taka.

Cheques and the bank

Print onto your own bank’s pre-printed cheque leaves using a template you calibrate once per account, keep a register that accounts for every leaf, then import your bank’s CSV or Excel export and reconcile line by line into a standard statement of deposits in transit, outstanding cheques and unrecorded bank items.

Selling on account

Proper invoices with the customer’s tax registration and billing address, aged receivables, statements of account per customer, credit notes, and payments that can settle several invoices at once. The same on the payables side, with withholding tax deducted at source held as its own liability.

Stock that reconciles

Purchase orders with supplier lead times, goods receipt recomputing weighted-average cost, physical counts that apply the variance as a difference rather than an overwrite, and a movement ledger where every unit is accounted for.

Questions, answered

Does it integrate with the NBR VAT system?

No. There is no tax-authority integration of any kind. Bizsoftbiz reports what you owe and records remittances; submission happens outside it.
