POS and accounting software for UAE businesses
A till, a stock ledger and a general ledger in one system, operating in dirhams, with the record-keeping and audit trail a VAT-registered business has to be able to produce.

- AED
- Tax registration

- Payment processing
- Yours — we record, we do not process
Records you can stand behind
Every journal entry is immutable once posted — corrections are new reversing entries, never edits to the original. Stock movements are append-only with a running balance and the cost in force at the time. When you are asked to show how a figure arose, the trail is there rather than reconstructed.
Tax registration where it belongs
Customer records carry a tax registration number and a billing address, and both print in the bill-to block of the invoice alongside the tax line and the payment terms. Tax is computed at posting time and frozen on the document, so changing your rate later never alters an invoice already issued.
Dirhams, spelled out
The store operates in AED throughout, with fils as the minor unit on cheques and vouchers, and western digit grouping rather than lakh and crore.
The whole back office
Receivables and payables aged into buckets with statements of account, bank reconciliation against your bank’s own export, a fixed asset register with straight-line depreciation, purchase orders through to goods receipt with weighted-average costing, and cash flow by both the direct and the indirect method.
Questions, answered
Does it file VAT returns?
No. It reports the liability and records remittances against it; filing happens with the tax authority, outside Bizsoftbiz. There is no e-invoicing or tax-authority integration.
Does the fixed assets schedule apply here?
The statutory schedule is generated in the SECP / ICAP column order, which is the Pakistani prescribed format. The underlying asset register, depreciation and disposal handling are jurisdiction-neutral, and the schedule exports to Excel if your accountant needs it in a different layout.
