POS and accounting software for Saudi businesses

One system for the counter, the stockroom and the accounts, operating in riyals, with the kind of record-keeping that survives being examined.

A ledger that cannot be quietly edited

Posted journal entries are immutable and corrections are reversing entries, so the history of what was recorded and what was later corrected is both preserved. Payments, depreciation entries and stock movements are append-only on the same principle. This is a property of the database, not a setting.

Riyals throughout

Every figure, document and export uses SAR, with halala as the minor unit when amounts are spelled out on cheques and payment vouchers, and two decimal places pinned everywhere.

Invoices with the details a buyer needs

Customer records carry a VAT number, billing address, contact person and default payment terms, all of which appear on the invoice. Tax is computed at posting and frozen on the document; the percentage printed always multiplies out to the amount printed beside it, because it is derived from the document rather than from your current rate.

Everything behind the counter

Purchase orders and goods receipt with weighted-average costing, a full stock movement ledger, physical counts, receivables and payables with aging and statements, bank reconciliation, and a fixed asset register with depreciation.

Questions, answered

Is it ZATCA e-invoicing compliant?

No. Bizsoftbiz has no e-invoicing integration, no invoice clearance and no QR generation for tax-authority submission. If phase-two e-invoicing compliance is a requirement for your business, Bizsoftbiz does not meet it.
